Strengthening cooperation between Employer and Trade Union organizations to promote sustainable work

Oslo, Norway - From 22 to 25/9/2025, a delegation of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) led by Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice Chairman of VCCI, and representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor attended the Conference in Oslo to discuss cooperation programs between Employer and Employee organizations, and share experiences in promoting sustainable work at the invitation of the Norwegian Business Confederation (NHO) and the Norwegian Trade Unions (LO). The Conference was attended by social partners from many other countries including Colombia, Ghana, Vietnam and China. The conference is a forum to discuss and evaluate the implementation of the “Social Partner for Decent Work” (SPDW) program for the period 2024-2025, and propose orientations and contents for the next phase.
