On September 11, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with Tan Hiep Phat Trading - Service Company Limited officially signed a cooperation agreement to implement the Program "Building and announcing the annual Vietnam Private Economic Report". This is not only a cooperation signing ceremony, but also an important milestone, opening a new reform period with the birth of the Provincial Competitiveness Index 2.0 (PCI 2.0) methodology.
