VCCI has just sent a document to the Ministry of Finance, commenting on the Draft Decree guiding the implementation of Resolution 198/2025/QH15 on private economic development. VCCI believes that many regulations in the draft are general and lack specific procedures, which may cause difficulties for businesses when implementing in practice.
