VCCI: The True Nature of Commercializing Scientific Research Results Must Be Accurately Reflected

In its feedback on the draft Decree detailing regulations on the establishment or participation in the establishment of enterprises, as well as equity investment in businesses to commercialize scientific research and technological development results, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has called on the drafting committee to provide a clearer definition that fully reflects the nature of commercialization — including both business operations and the creation of market value.
