Accordingly, within the framework of the Forum for Press and Business accompanying the flourishing and happy Vietnam, the signing ceremony of the collaborative program involves 4 agencies: the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Representing VCCI, Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong has initiated the program for selecting press works about entrepreneurs, businesses, and the business environment in 2023.

The four collaborating agencies: the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Journalists Association, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) sign the cooperative collaboration.

As stated at the Forum, Vice Chairman of VCCI - Hoang Quang Phong emphasized that the collaboration of the four agencies is highly necessary, strategic in nature, and aligned with the functions and tasks of each agency. The collaborative efforts among these four agencies will generate strong momentum to enhance efficiency in leveraging the strengths between two vital sectors in the nation-building process, aiming towards the goals set forth in the 13th Party Congress: "By 2025, marking 50 years of complete liberation of the South and national reunification: the country will be developing with a modern-oriented industry, surpassing the level of low average income. By 2030, marking 100 years of the Party's establishment: the country will be developed with a modern industry and high average income. By 2045, marking 100 years of the establishment of the Vietnamese Democratic Republic, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: the country will become developed with high income."

The program for selecting press works about entrepreneurs, businesses, and the business environment in 2023 aims to focus on promoting business development in the current phase, encompassing mechanisms, policies, funding sources, investment environment, production and business, and human resources.

According to Vice Chairman Hoang Quang Phong, the Program for Selecting Press Works about Entrepreneurs, Businesses, and the Business Environment 2023 aims to promote the development of entrepreneurs, businesses, and the entrepreneurial spirit based on press works that focus on the business environment. Enhancing effective collaboration among businesses, entrepreneurs, and media agencies to jointly promote the growth of the business community, which will become a cornerstone of the nation's economy. Strengthening the relationship between the press and businesses in a friendly and mutually beneficial manner; building a healthy and professional media environment.

Leveraging the role of the press in inspiring and promoting the entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to the development of a cultured business ethos, and integration. The submitted articles are works that have been officially published in print and online media from July 25, 2023, to June 15, 2024, in the media outlets mentioned above. The articles must promptly and deeply reflect the real situation, possess investigative qualities; truthfully portray the life of businesses and entrepreneurs; provide accurate, timely, and genuine information about life, business practices, and the experiences of entrepreneurs and businesses.
