Japan has become a key market, the leading economic and trade partner, and also the largest sponsor for Vietnam. Japan is one of the countries with the most advanced developments in science, technology, healthcare, and education in the world.

With the goal of creating opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises to meet and exchange with leading companies from Japan, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprise Support Organization of Japan (SME Support Japan – SMRJ), is organizing the "Meeting with CEO of Eco Tech Industry":

Date: Mid-September 2024

Meeting format: Online via Zoom or Teams

(Note: In case Vietnamese companies have a significant interest from Japanese companies, the Organizing Committee will invite those Vietnamese companies to Japan for direct meetings)

Fields:

• "Renewable Energy"

• "Machinery and Energy-saving Systems"

• "New Materials"

• "Water and Wastewater Treatment"

• "Urban Development"

• And other fields of ecological and sustainable technology.

Each proposed field includes Startup businesses as well.

Target companies to attend the meeting:

• Trading companies (General or Specialized)

• Companies seeking distribution or procurement agreements for parts/products from Japanese companies

• Companies interested in developing products combining technology and/or components with Japanese companies

• Interested in enhancing the value of their products through joint development and/or technology collaboration with Japanese companies

• Companies aiming to establish Joint Ventures with Japanese companies in their own country or in a third country

• Companies with advanced technology seeking collaboration with Japanese companies

※ Companies intending solely to export to Japan are not suitable for the conditions set by the Organizing Committee.

• The actual timetable for business meetings after the completion of the Organizing Committee will be notified to registered companies via email.
