Distinguished attendants included Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Vice Chair of the Central Personnel Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), as well as representatives from various agencies.

In its 2015-2020 term and in the 2021-2022 period, the Ninh Binh Business Association actively promoted the spirit of self-reliance and entrepreneurship among all classes of people. The number of companies in the province grew rapidly.

From 700 members of all economic sectors at the beginning of the 2015-2020 term, the association has now had more than 3,000 members with 13 affiliated associations. They made an estimated revenue of over VND940 trillion, 1.9 times that of the 2010-2015 period, and created hundreds of thousands of jobs.

In the past two years, given economic difficulties and challenges, the Ninh Binh Business Association has adopted many solutions to weather the storm to better support enterprises, thus contributing to local socioeconomic development.

Not only being a forum for businesses, but the association also plays an important role in connecting businesses with authorities at all levels, helping to improve administrative reform and create an open and friendly business investment environment. The association is an effective arm of the province in social security, COVID-19 prevention and control, making an important contribution to promoting the rapid and sustainable development of Ninh Binh province.

In recognition of its outstanding business achievements and active contributions to local socio-economic development over the past time, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha presented the commendation banner of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Council and the Provincial People’s Committee to the Ninh Binh Business Association. The banner features the slogan “Dynamism, creativity, innovation, integration, development” expressing their strong confidence in the new progress of the association and the Ninh Binh business community in the 2022-2027 term.

The first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Business Association also elected the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Chairperson, and Vice Chairpersons. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh was re-elected Chairman of the Ninh Binh Business Association for the third term (2022 - 2027).

On this occasion, authorized by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha awarded the First-Class Labor Order to Xuan Thanh Investment Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, General Director of the company, for outstanding achievements in his career from 2015 to 2019 and contributions to the cause of the socialist construction and national defense.

Also on this occasion, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and Chairman of Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises awarded certificates of appreciation to many collectives and individuals with excellent achievements in the development of the Ninh Binh Business Association in the 2015-2021 period.
