Mrs. Truc's company submitted the registration application on November 10, 2022. The Ministry received it on November 11, 2022. However, the company has not received any response yet.

Mrs. Truc requests the relevant authorities to check the case of her company. If the documents are lost, the company will re-submit them.

The Climate Change Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, has reviewed and received complete registration applications for the use of controlled substances according to the company's regulations on Ms. Truc's company via postal services (where the registration form is dated November 9, 2022, and the usage report for the year 2022 is dated January 11, 2023).

The publication of the results of organizations that have submitted registration applications has been carried out on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's Public Service Portal at the following link: dichvucong1.monre.gov.vn (completed on February 17, 2023).

Additionally, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has published the list of organizations that have completed the registration for the use of controlled substances as of February 17, 2023, on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal, which includes the name of Mrs. Truc's company (listed as number 22, Appendix 1) at: https://www.monre.gov.vn/Portal/Pages/ThongBao.aspx?pID=476.

Currently, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has effectively implemented the reception of relevant administrative procedures' documents through the mentioned Public Service Portal. The Ministry recommends that organizations register their documents through this portal to receive the quickest response.
