Is it allowed to practice at multiple facilities of a hospital?

(Chinhphu.vn) - Mr. Ngo Quang Hai (Thua Thien Hue) asked, a hospital has 2 facilities, in which facility 2 is under facility 1 (has 2 licenses to operate medical examination and treatment and is located at 2 different addresses), then can a person registered to practice at facility 1 practice at facility 2?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Health responded as follows:
According to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 27 of Decree No. 96/2023/ND-CP dated December 30, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment: "A practitioner at a medical examination and treatment facility with many medical examination and treatment locations is registered as a practitioner at all locations of that medical examination and treatment facility".
Thus, in the case of a hospital with 2 facilities, the practitioner is registered to practice at 2 facilities of the hospital.
