Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organizes a LEGAL TRAINING COURSE FOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL. Due to the dual difficulties of Covid 19 and the economic recession, businesses are facing two problems: (i) restructuring the ownership model, calling for financial resources to solve financial difficulties; (ii) restructuring human resources to reduce and achieve better labor efficiency. Legal training course for management level aims to: (1) Equip with legal knowledge about commercial business (2) Identify potential legal risks in businesses in the new era (3) Take advantage of internal and external resources for business development (4) build enterprises complying with the law and being capable of controlling legal risks (5) Grasp corporate governance and development trends through legal tools.

The training course is organized using diverse, modern, flexible teaching methods, analysis of real-life situations, and group discussions that will help students easily grasp, remember, and successfully exploit knowledge.
