The workshop aims to assist enterprise managers, especially those in the production sector, in selecting effective digital transformation solutions and applying AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology amidst the technology boom era, where an increasing number of integrated options are available. These solutions need to be aligned with business objectives and budget constraints.

The aftermath of COVID-19 has significantly impacted Vietnam's economy, adversely affecting the operations of many industries and enterprises. Production and business activities of numerous enterprises have faced challenges due to disrupted supply chains, leading to interruptions or shortages in raw material supply; there has been a sharp decline in output markets, especially for export products. Therefore, there is an urgent need to accelerate the digital transformation process, especially for manufacturing enterprises.

In reality, digital transformation in the manufacturing sector is progressing rapidly worldwide. The adoption and integration of advanced technologies bring significant benefits to businesses in various aspects, altering labor thinking and reducing costs while optimizing resources. Within the framework of the project "Supporting enterprises in enhancing production and business efficiency based on digital technology platforms and innovation," the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is collaborating to organize a workshop and dialogue program:
