The application of artificial intelligence (AI) has enabled companies to achieve significant breakthroughs in their operations. AI helps businesses attract thousands of potential customers and increase revenue without requiring additional resources.

To support businesses in gaining knowledge and practical skills in utilizing popular AI tools on digital platforms, sharing real experiences from successful companies in AI implementation, and encouraging innovative thinking to create a competitive advantage, the Small and Medium Enterprises Support Center of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is organizing a training course:

Topic: “Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business on Digital Platforms.”

Course Objectives:

• Provide knowledge and practical skills to utilize popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and tools for creating images, videos, and voiceovers for specific activities: market research, customer profiling, product optimization, content writing, image and video creation, and customer care.

• Encourage innovative thinking in applying AI to create a competitive advantage for businesses.

Time: 2 days, October 22-23, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Room 2, 7th Floor, VCCI, 9 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Cost: 1,000,000 VND per participant (which includes materials, stationery, certificates, and refreshments during breaks).
