Clause 4, Article 111 of the Labor Code stipulates,when taking annual leave, should the employee travel by road, rail, water and the travel days,

Comprising of the time to go and to return, are more than 02 days, then, from the 3rd day onward will be calculated as additional travelling time, not counted as annual leave days, and this policy shall only be granted once for an annual leave in a year. T

Based on the above provisions, the case of Ms. Luong Thi Van Anh working in Phan Rang City- Thap Cham, Ninh Thuan Province take annual leave to visit his hometown in Thanh Hoa City., Thanh Hoa Province. Way to go and return by car (by road). The time for both departure and return is 4 days, from the third day, Ms. Van Anh starts to count her travel days.

Thus, Ms. Van Anh is entitled to 2 additional travel days (in addition to annual leave) for travel days from the 3rd day to the 4th day to comply with the regulations. Travel days are only counted for 1 vacation per year.
