Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism responds as follows:

Based on the regulations at Point 1, Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular No. 13/2019/TT-BVHTTDL dated November 25, 2019, by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism amending and supplementing some provisions of Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 15, 2017, detailing some provisions of the Tourism Law, in the case where Ms. Nguyen Khanh Huyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Geography (awarded in 2014) meeting the requirements specified in Point c, Clause 2, Article 31 of the Tourism Law No. 09/2017/QH14 regarding persons in charge of operating tourism services.

With the aforementioned Bachelor's degree, the enterprise has met one of the conditions for operating international tourism services and can submit an application for a license to operate international tourism services. The dossier, procedures, and detailed sequence are regulated in Article 33 of the Tourism Law.
