Mr. Nguyen Trung Truc (Thai Binh) violated the population policy in 2022 and was disciplined by the party with a reprimand on March 10, 2023, and administratively disciplined on March 30, 2023. Mr. Truc asked how the timing of disciplinary actions and the execution time are determined.
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Home Affairs responded as follows:
According to the provisions in Article 30 and Article 37 of Decree No. 112/2020/NĐ-CP, the effective date of the implementation of a disciplinary decision must be clearly stated in the disciplinary decision, and the execution time is 12 months from the date the disciplinary decision takes effect.
Regarding party discipline, it is implemented according to the party's regulations.
