2nd Course "Effective Management of Accounting, Finance, and Tax for Management Levels"

• Date (2 days): August 21-22, 2024 (Wednesday and Thursday)

• Format: Online (via Zoom)

Course Objectives: The course aims to help business management address issues such as:

1. Lack of understanding of tax regulations leading to errors in tax submission and legal risks.

2. Difficulties in analyzing financial situations, which may result in poor investment decisions and ineffective cash flow management, causing waste or even losses.

3. Challenges in managing and evaluating the performance of accounting and tax departments.

4. Time wasted in finding and selecting reputable financial, tax, and accounting services.

5. Responsibilities of business leaders in managing accounting information and risks of loss of control.

6. Using accounting information and understanding financial report data.
