CapitaLand Development records strong bookings for Orchard Hill

Orchard Hill, the second phase of the Sycamore project developed by CapitaLand Developmentin Binh Duong province, has seen around 90 per cent of its 774 units booked since its exclusive preview on October 26.
According to the latest statement of the developer, all one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have been fully booked.
This follows on from the success of The Orchard, the project’s first phase, where over 70 per cent of the units were sold.
According to Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Development Vietnam (CLD), the company is delighted by the strong reception of Orchard Hill, the first high-rise development in the Sycamore project.
"This achievement, alongside the other successful residential launches of CLD this year, demonstrates our unwavering commitment to deliver high-quality, sustainable living spaces," said Tay.
With 30 years in Vietnam, CLD developments are attuned to the aspirations and needs of homebuyers here.
"As we move towards our goal of expanding CLD’s residential portfolio in Vietnam to 27,000 units by 2028, we are setting new benchmarks with high quality residential offerings that contribute positively to the communities we serve," added Tay.

In partnership with United Overseas Australia (UOA) Group, Sycamore is a sprawling near 19-hectare development that offers 3,500 freehold units across low-, mid-, and high-rise buildings, accommodating approximately 13,000 residents.
With a projected total gross development value exceeding $750 million, the project is set for full completion by 2028.

Designed to meet the needs of nuclear families, newly-weds, and expatriates in Binh Duong, the development includes units in various layouts, ranging from one-bedroom units starting at 56 square metres (sq.m) to three-bedroom units of 112 sq.m, as well as duplex and penthouse options. Orchard Hill is slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026.
CLD is the development arm of the CapitaLand Group, with a portfolio worth approximately $16.5 billion as of the end of September.
CLD Vietnam oversees and grows CLD's investment and development business in Vietnam, one of the company's core markets where it has built an extensive presence over 30 years. The Vietnamese portfolio comprises one SOHO development, two integrated developments, and over 18,000 quality homes across 18 residential developments.
