The community of Vietnamese entrepreneurs has been growing rapidly in both quantity and quality, inheriting the patriotic tradition and upholding the spirit of self-reliance, resilience, and dedication to the nation. The role of entrepreneurs, business associations, and the enterprise community in building the national economy and safeguarding the country continues to be strengthened and promoted.
In the context of accelerating industrialization, modernization, and international integration, Vietnamese enterprises and entrepreneurs need to further enhance their knowledge, legal awareness, business competence, management experience, competitiveness, and adaptability. Promoting a generation of entrepreneurs who are knowledgeable, well-trained, socially responsible, and globally competent is one of VCCI’s top priorities.
With the mission of developing a strong team of entrepreneurs on par with the country’s development goals in the new era, VCCI actively participates in formulating and implementing the Government’s National Program on Entrepreneur Training and Development. The organization also independently designs and carries out VCCI’s high-level training programs in collaboration with international partners. Over the next five years, the goal is to train and foster at least 500 senior executives from large enterprises and 5,000 next-generation business leaders.
To meet the practical needs of the business community, VCCI combines basic business knowledge and skills programs with advanced management and leadership training courses for executives. At the same time, the Federation strengthens and expands partnerships with universities and reputable international training institutions to organize overseas study and practical programs, helping Vietnamese enterprises gain real-world experience and exchange insights with successful global entrepreneurs and companies.
