The press and media play an important role in the development of businesses today from many aspects. This is a launching pad to bring the business brand to consumers; an important factor contributing to building a healthy competitive environment, protecting justice, promoting social responsibility, supporting honest businesses to survive and develop. The press and media are a channel to approach customers, quickly reflecting trends in society, community opinions about businesses, so that businesses can better understand the needs and desires of the market.

   To build a strong team of entrepreneurs, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry identifies that facilitating the business environment is very important. In addition to issues related to institutions and regulations, in the business environment, many other issues such as business momentum, entrepreneurial spirit, and press and media are also noteworthy parts of the business environment. In response to practical requirements, in recent times, VCCI has always focused on promoting its role as a bridge between the business community, entrepreneurs and the press and media to consolidate and strengthen healthy cooperative relationships, supporting each other for mutual development between the press and media and businesses.

   VCCI has been implementing many important contents such as: policy communication; building a set of indicators to evaluate the quality of press information on economics; voting for authors and press works on economics, businesses, entrepreneurs and the business environment; communicating to spread the spirit of business culture in the business community in particular and society in general; supporting press agencies to train and provide knowledge for reporters and journalists in the fields of economics, sustainable business development, etc.

   The Business Information Center is the focal point for receiving and handling business relations with the press and media, contributing to creating a healthy and fair press and media environment, promoting business development.
