AEON Vietnam has been honored as "The Best Places to Work in Asia 2022" for 4 consecutive years by internal employees and reputable human resource experts, thanks to comprehensive human resource training and development strategy, mental and physical health policies.
On the afternoon of August 11, Asia's leading HR magazine - HR Asia announced the list of "The Best Places to Work in Asia 2022" based on the overall and complete evaluation criteria of employee satisfaction through the T.E.A.M model. The evaluation contents include 3 groups of indicators: corporate culture (Core), level of cohesion (Self) and team spirit (Group).
Thanks to the outstanding HR strategy with Talented Values (Employee Value Proposition, “EVP”) built and maintained over the past 10 years, AEON Vietnam is once again honored to receive the award “Best Places to Work in Asia 2022” for the fourth time.

For 4 consecutive years, the evaluation results of AEON Vietnam have always scored higher than the industry average in all 3 groups of survey criteria.
Specifically, on "Corporate Culture" (Core), AEON Vietnam scored 4.15 points compared to the industry average of 3.73. In the groups of "Self" and "Teamwork" (Group), AEON Vietnam achieved 4.28 and 4.48 points, higher than the industry average of 3.87 and 4,01 respectively.
In the survey results of AEON Vietnam in 2022, a notable highlight is that the rating score of this retailer in the group "Corporate culture" is higher than in 2021. While the industry average score of this group tends to decrease.
In which, AEON Vietnam was evaluated as the most outstanding on two criteria: "Training and development opportunities"; "Work-life balance".
Specifically, enterprises achieved 4.62 in the criterion of "training and development opportunities" and 4.21 in the "work-life balance" section compared to the industry average of 4.21 and 3,6363 respectively.
These achievements are achieved thanks to AEON Vietnam's values of attracting talent (EVP) through a comprehensive human resource development strategy.
