Implemented under the cooperative agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Germany to promote bilateral relations and business cooperation between the business communities of both countries, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, together with the Ministry of Economy and Technology of Germany (now the Ministry of Climate Action of Germany), has entrusted the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to jointly organize the Advanced Business Administration Training Program in Germany.

I. Recruitment for Courses 42 and 43

1. Recruitment for the Advanced Business Administration Training Program in Germany (course 42) is open to all companies in the import-export sector. Specific details are as follows:

Schedule:

• Interviews in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 15-18 July 2024

• Training in Vietnam (lectures by German instructors): September 2024 (2 days in Hanoi, 2 days in Ho Chi Minh City)

• Tentative online training: August-September 2024 (6 weeks)

• Tentative training and partner meetings in Germany: 28 October - 8 November 2024 (2 weeks)

Location: Training center in Germany: CEFE, Cologne

Number of participants: 20

2. Recruitment for the Green Technology Training Program in Germany (course 43), focusing on the green technology sector (details described in the attached introduction document), is scheduled as follows:

Schedule:

- Interviews in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 15 - 18 July 2024

- Training in Vietnam (lectured by German side): September (2 days in Hanoi, 2 days in Ho Chi Minh City)

- Tentative online training: September-October 2024 (6 weeks)

- Tentative training in Germany: 25 November - 6 December 2024 (2 weeks)

Location: Training center in Germany: CEFE, Cologne

Number of students: 20 

II. Target Students:

- Ability to study and work in English

- Specific goal of business cooperation with Germany

- Not employed at a company with 100% foreign capital

- Not a former student of the program

P.S.: Specific requirement for interviewees: Candidates should prepare a presentation on their green technology idea applicable to their workplace and production site.

PARTICIPATION FEES

Costs include: (Payable only after selection and confirmation of participation)

- Enrollment and organization fee: 10,000,000 VND (Ten million VietnamDong)

- Round-trip airfare: Participants must purchase according to the training schedule

P.S.: All expenses in Germany are covered by the German Government (including visa fees, health insurance, training, accommodation, one meal, transportation for meetings with German partners...)
