Mr. Thang asked, according to Decision No. 27/2021/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2021 of the Prime Minister, can your company reduce 30% of the payable land rent in 2021?

Hoa Binh Provincial Tax Department responded to this problem as follows:
Mr. Thang's company is managed by the Kim Boi - Lac Thuy District-level Tax Department. The Provincial Tax Department contacted the District-level Tax Department and found that the District-level Tax Department has issued a notice that the taxpayer is not eligible for land rent exemption and reduction and sent it to Mr. Thang's company, confirming that the company is not eligible. 30% reduction of land rent according to Decision No. 27/2021/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2021 of the Prime Minister on the reduction of land rent in 2021 for subjects affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.
The Provincial Tax Department discussed with Mr. Thang and he confirmed his agreement with the content of the notice issued by the Kim Boi - Lac Thuy District-level Tax Department.
Hoa Binh Tax Department replied to Mr. Thang and the company to know and comply with regulations.
