VOV.VN - The Vietbuild International Exhibition opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in HCM City on June 19 with a range of booths showcasing aspects of the real estate market, including construction, building materials, real estate, and interior and exterior decorations.

Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Minister of Construction, emphasised that Vietbuild 2019 is a trade promotion activity that aims to strengthen international economic relations whilst offering opportunities for businesses to expand their production activities, seek investment, and acquire advanced technologies in the construction sector towards the sustainable development of the real estate market. 

The event also provides a venue for both local and foreign businesses to come together and expand co-operation activities.

A range of products were put on display at 2,300 booths such as construction materials, real estate, architecture, interior and exterior decorative items, door hardware, smart-home equipment, solar-energy systems, elevators, water-filtering machines, and security cameras.

The event also has a number of major brands in attendance including Viglacera, Dong Tam, Toto, An Cuong, SCG, Secoin, Vitto, Vicostone, TTC, Catalan, Eurowindow, and Aseanwindow.

A host of entertainment activities and seminars relating to the construction sector are also being held during the event. The expo is set to run until June 23.
