At the meeting, members of the Executive Board of the VCCI Party Committee witnessed the signing ceremony of handover documents between Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of VCCI, Secretary of the VCCI Party Committee of the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Member of the VCCI Party Committee, Vice President of VCCI, Secretary of the VCCI Party Committee of the 2020-2025 term.

Also at the Congress, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Bui Quang Cuong, Member of the Executive Board of the VCCI Party Committee, announced appointment decisions on the Party's advisory boards. Accordingly, Mr. Phan Hong Giang, Member of the Party Union, Deputy General Secretary, Director of the VCCI Organization and Personnel Department, was appointed Director of the VCCI Organization Department of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Tong Minh Phuong, Member of the Executive Board of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Organization and Personnel Department appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the VCCI Party Committee for the term 2020-2025; Mr. Bui Quang Cuong, Member of the Executive Board, Vice Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspectorate, Chief of the Office of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term was made Chief of the Office of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hai, Member of the Executive Board of the VCCI Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the International Relations Committee was appointed Director of Propaganda Department of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Nguyen Linh Anh, Member of the Executive Board of the VCCI Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Business Forum Magazine was appointed Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of the VCCI Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the event, the Executive Board of the VCCI Party Committee also focused on discussing and commenting on drafts of the Executive Board and the Inspectorate of the Party Committee, regulations on planning, and instructions on Party gatherings in the 2022-2025 term. The Congress heard a lot of comments and suggestions from executive Party members. Concluding the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Secretary of the Party Committee, highly appreciated the spirit of democratic centralism and contributions of executive Party members to draft documents, highlighted the important role and mission of the Party Committee in the 2020-2025 term, and put forth transformational and effective working directions of the Standing Board of the Party Committee in the coming time.
