The PCI of the top 10 localities in 2023 over 10 years

Among the top 10 leading localities in the 2023 PCI rankings, Quang Ninh maintains its top position for the 7th consecutive year with 71.25 points, followed by Long An, making a breakthrough from 10th place in the 2022 rankings.
On May 9th, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organized a ceremony to announce the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and the Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) reports for 2023.
The report notes many positive changes by provincial governments and cities in their efforts to create a favorable business environment for enterprises.
According to the report, Quang Ninh, Long An, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, and Dong Thap are the top 5 localities in the PCI rankings for 2023.
Additionally, the highest positions in the PAPI 2023 belong to Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Hung Yen, and Ho Chi Minh City.
