Tan Dai Phat Steel Joint Stock Company was established under a business license No. 0103017916 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on June 16, 2017 and registered a tax code 0102293387.
The head office is located at: No 380 Pham Van Dong, Co Nhue 2 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District (formerly Village 7, Co Nhue Commune), this is the house of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh with area of 90m2 x 4 floors, according to the certificate of land use rights No 213463 issued by Tu Liem District People's Committee on July 31, 2008. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh is also the General Director of the company and the legal representative of the company.
Since the establishment of our company, our company has been operating normally, paying VND 14.8 billion in 2015, VND 16.9 billion in 2016 and VND 25 billion in the first 6 months of 2017. At present, there are 9 employees who are working. We have sent the financial report of the last 3 years to the district’s clearance compensation board to be supported.
To implement the guideline of the City People's Committee on the extension of the ring road of Mai Dich - Thang Long Bridge, we received the Decision No 10 dated March 29, 2017 of the City People's Committee and the notice No 156 of the Bac Tu Liem District’s clearance compensation board. Accordingly, this house would be recovered up to 99% of the land area with 88.9 m2 / 90m2 withdrawn and each land user would be compensated for a resettlement apartment at the exchange city, Kieu Mai and A14B, Nam Trung Yen Building is the most.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment, since the beginning 2017, companies, offices and branches which have been operating in apartment buildings have had to move out, so we can not relocate our business registration location to the resettlement apartment to work.
We made a written document and would like to request you to consider and allow us renting orpurchasing a space around 200m2 to 400m2 of service floor of the Nam Trung Yen resettlement area for our office. In fact, our company has no place to move, if you recover the land, the Department of Planning and Investment will lock our company’s tax code because we do not have anymore the business address, it seems you kill our business and push our company’s staff into a difficult situation.
Therefore, once again, we would like to request you to allow our company to be rented or purchased about 200m2 - 400m2 of service floor of A14B Nam Trung Yen building according to provisions of your office, so that we have a location for moving our company and hand over the ground to the clearance compensation board in the Nam Tu Liem District on schedule.
