The Best Places to Work in Vietnam® ranking is an annual list organized by Anphabe, supported by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and verified by market research firm Intage Vietnam. The survey gathers feedback from over 65,000 employees, 253 CEOs and HR Directors, assessing more than 700 companies from 18 different sectors across the nation.

According to the results of the Anphabe survey conducted between May and August 2024, which included insights from 1,612 respondents within the pharmaceutical industry, Imexpharm topped the #1 position in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment/Healthcare sector for medium-sized enterprises. The company also ranked 25th in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for medium-sized enterprises, an advancement of 29 spots compared to the previous year.

Notably, in the Employer Brand Health Check Scorecard conducted by Anphabe, Imexpharm achieved an Employer Brand Attractiveness Index score of 12.6%, well above the industry average of 109%. The company’s brand awareness reached 85.2%, exceeding the industry average of 81.5%. Furthermore, 8.3% of job candidates expressed interest in applying to Imexpharm, compared to the industry average of 5.5%. The proportion of top talent willing to apply for positions at Imexpharm was 129% higher than the industry average - a remarkable achievement for the company’s leadership and employees amid challenges in the pharmaceutical sector.
