The family of Mr. Tran Quoc Hung (Long An) is an individual car rental business, which has been suspended due to the epidemic but is not entitled to unemployment support. Mr. Hung asked the authorities to consider and support his business household.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Long An province responded to this issue as follows:

According to Article 35 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2021 on the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. -19 rules:

- Having business registration, tax registration.

- Must stop operating for 15 consecutive days or more during the period from May 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 at the request of a competent state agency to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
