According to Article 35 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2021 on the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. -19 rules:
- Having business registration, tax registration.
- Must stop operating for 15 consecutive days or more during the period from May 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 at the request of a competent state agency to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic.
Based on the above support conditions for business households, Mr. Tran Quoc Hung's household has business registration but is not tax registered, so he is not supported according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister.
