The field and scope of operation of the construction practice certificate

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thien (Hanoi) asked, can an engineer with a certificate in supervision of equipment installation but with a university degree not majoring in electricity be allowed to supervise the installation of substations?
The Ministry of Construction responded to this issue as follows:
The fields and scope of construction activities of practice certificates are specified in Appendix VI of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP dated March 3, 2021 of the Government detailing a number of contents on management construction investment project management.
