Vice Chairman of VCCI Nguyen Quang Vinh had an online meeting with CEO of the Australian Business Council Bran Black. During the meeting, Bran Black noted that an increasing number of Australian enterprises are interested in exploring business opportunities in Vietnam. Additionally, he expressed his desire for both sides to enhance cooperation activities such as exchange programs and personnel training between businesses of the two countries to strengthen the pool of young leaders, especially from Vietnam and Australia. This would contribute to better understanding of business activities in both countries.
Bran Black also suggested that VCCI consider signing a cooperation agreement with the Australian Business Council to establish stronger connections between the two business communities. Furthermore, he hoped that VCCI would organize business delegations to visit Australia to learn more about cooperation opportunities in the future.
Vice Chairman of VCCI Nguyen Quang Vinh highly appreciated the collaboration of the Australian Business Council in promoting trade and investment between the two countries in general and between Vietnamese enterprises and South Australian state in particular.
According to Vice Chairman of VCCI, Vietnam and Australia have had positive cooperative relations in many fields. Moreover, VCCI has been closely cooperating with the Australian Embassy in Vietnam to promote trade and investment activities between the two countries.

Vice Chairman of VCCI Nguyen Quang Vinh stated that expanding cooperation between ASEAN BAC Vietnam and VCCI with Australian trade promotion organizations would be an excellent opportunity to connect ASEAN businesses with Australian enterprises.
As a representative of over 200,000 businesses in Vietnam, Vice Chairman Nguyen Quang Vinh expressed optimism about the future cooperation with Australian Business Council member companies in potential areas of both countries such as sustainable development and clean energy transition.
However, to further strengthen the relationship between the Vietnamese and Australian business communities, Vice Chairman VCCI emphasized the need to enhance information exchange and business delegation visits to understand each other's markets. With the proposal to sign a memorandum of understanding for cooperation, Vice Chairman Nguyen Quang Vinh suggested that both sides could prepare a draft and hold specific meetings and exchanges to promptly proceed with the signing.
Vice Chairman VCCI affirmed that there is still ample room to leverage the potential of the two economies with complementary strengths. He also committed that VCCI would enhance coordination with the Australian Embassy and the Australian Business Council to support Australian businesses in Vietnam, contributing to a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two countries.
