According to Decision No. 40-QD/DU dated June 15, 2026, issued by the Party Committee of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Comrade Le Nguyen Chung, Deputy Director of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch for the 2025–2030 term.

Comrade Hoang Quang Phong, Member of the Standing Committee of the VCCI Party Committee and Vice President of VCCI, presents the appointment decision to Comrade Le Nguyen Chung, Deputy Director of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Comrade Hoang Quang Phong, Member of the Standing Committee of the VCCI Party Committee and Vice President of VCCI, emphasized that the consolidation of the Deputy Secretary position of the Party Cell aims to strengthen the leadership and management capacity of the Party Cell’s Executive Committee, provide active support for the branch’s professional activities, and create additional momentum for the development of the unit in Nghe An Province and neighboring localities.

Recognizing and highly appreciating Comrade Le Nguyen Chung’s efforts in recent times, the VCCI Vice President requested that Comrade Chung continue to enhance his Party affairs expertise alongside his existing professional capabilities. He also called on the Party Cell of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch to maintain solidarity, unity, and collective support for the newly appointed Deputy Secretary.

In the new context, the regional business environment presents both significant opportunities and considerable difficulties and challenges. The VCCI Vice President requested that the Party Cell and the Branch closely follow practical developments, strengthen coordination with local authorities across the provinces, and promptly propose recommendations and solutions to support businesses and Party organizations within enterprises.

Currently, with the admission of one additional official Party member, the Party Cell of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch has increased its total membership to nine members.

Speaking after receiving the appointment decision, Comrade Le Nguyen Chung, Deputy Director of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch, affirmed that this appointment is not only a great honor and source of pride, but also a significant responsibility before the Party Committee and the Party Cell in fulfilling political tasks, Party affairs, and professional duties.

At the announcement ceremony, Comrade Bui Xuan Sinh, Secretary of the Party Cell and Director of the Nghe An – Ha Tinh – Quang Tri Branch, expressed his appreciation to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for its continued attention, close guidance, and support for the Branch over the past period. He also extended his congratulations to Comrade Le Nguyen Chung for receiving the trust of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the strong confidence of the Branch’s Party Cell. The Party Cell believes that Comrade Chung will work closely with the Party Cell’s Executive Committee in a spirit of solidarity and unity to successfully accomplish the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee and Standing Board.
