How will the rate of maternity regime of pregnant women change in the latest regulations Decree 143/2018 / ND-CP?

Article 7 - Decree 143/2018 / ND-CP stipulates the maternity regime as follows: 

1. Conditions for enjoying the maternity regime must comply with Article 31 of the Law on Social Insurance. Specifically, an employee is entitled to the maternity regime in one of the following cases

a) Pregnant female employees;

b) Female employees give birth;

c) Female employees who have surrogacy and the mother ask for surrogacy;

d) Female Employees adopt children under 06 months of age;

d) Female employees using an IUD, the employee takes sterilization measures;

f) Male employees who are paying social insurance and whose wife gives birth.

The employee must pay insurance as prescribed
