The Department of Natural Resources and Environment would like to acknowledge his comments and sharing in the implementation of archiving and using documents when publicizing the district's land use master plan to 2030 after being approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Currently, the land use plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 at the district level, has been approved by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province in 8 out of 10 districts, Phan Thiet city and Ham Tan district are continuing to complete the dossier for appraisal and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval according to regulations.

Pursuant to Article 48 of the 2013 Land Law (amended in Clause 1, Article 6 of Law No. 35/2018/QH14 amending and supplementing a number of articles of 37 Laws related to planning), the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has written to request People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to publicize and publicize their local land use planning documents according to regulations. In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment requested the district-level People's Committee to direct the inspection and ensure smooth access on the e-commerce portal, regularly check the access, to avoid situations when people and other organizations access information but it these requests failed or interrupted.
