Regarding this issue, Binh Duong Social Security replied as follows:

Conditions for enjoying the occupational accident regime:

1. Having an accident in one of the following cases:

a) At work and during working hours;

b) Outside the workplace or outside working hours when performing work at the request of the employer or the employer;

c) On the route from the place of residence to the place of work or from the place of work to the place of residence within a reasonable time and route;

2. Working capacity decrease of 5% or more

Based on the above provisions, if she has a traffic accident that does not fall under the above conditions, she will be dealt with the sickness (risky accident) regime in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance.
