Decision No. 3642/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee stipulates support for employees who terminate labor contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits, employees who stop working, suspend the performance of labor contracts, take unpaid leave, employees who do not have a labor contract lose their jobs (self-employed)…
Decision No. 5073/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee amends and supplements a number of articles in Decision No. 3642/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee on the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the city.
Toan's case is not eligible to apply for a support package related to F0 treatment at home from January 4, 2022 according to the provisions of Decision No. 5073/QD-UBND dated December 2. 2021 of the City People's Committee.
