Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs responds as follows:
Under Clause 2, Article 105 of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP dated December 30, 2021 issued by the Government, individuals who participated in the resistance war and suffer from chemical poisoning with a body impairment rate ranging from 41% to 60% are eligible for an 80% reduction in land use fees within the allocated residential land limit when the State allocates residential land, converts land use purposes to residential, or recognizes residential land use rights, when acquiring state-owned houses.
Principles for resolving these entitlements are stipulated in Article 106 of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP.
Procedures and criteria for exemption or reduction of land use fees are specified in Article 107 of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP.
Mr. Loc is advised to base his application on the above instructions and contact the competent authority for consideration and response in accordance with their jurisdiction.
