Mr. Cuong asked, does the F1 support procedure need a certificate of temporary residence? Is the ward's request correct because the isolation decision clearly states the location and time of the isolation? The time to receive dossiers is according to the Government's regulations before January 31, 2022, while the ward's request is to submit before January 15, 2022. Is this time correct?
Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hanoi City responded to this question as follows:
Currently, the Hanoi City People's Committee is implementing a number of policies to support those affected and facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including:
Decision No. 3642/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee stipulates support for employees who terminate labor contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits, employees who stop working, suspend the performance of labor contracts, take unpaid leave, employees who do not have a labor contract lose their jobs (self-employed)…
Decision No. 5073/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee amends and supplements a number of articles in Decision No. 3642/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee on the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Hanoi city.
The case as presented by Mr. Cuong is eligible to apply for a support package related to F1 with a decision under Decision No. 5073/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2021 of the Hanoi City People's Committee, while the confirmation places of permanent and temporary residence are the responsibility of the People's Committee of the ward where the decision on isolation is made.
