According to Ms. Bang, the Government continues to pay support to unclaimed workers. Ms. Bang asked, will her case be resolved?

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Lang Son province responded to this issue as follows:

Resolution No. 116/NQ-CP dated September 24, 2021 of the Government on policies to support employees and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from the unemployment insurance fund. Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on promulgating policies to support employees and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from the insurance fund and unemployment insurance. The time to implement support for employees is from October 1, 2021 and will be completed by December 31, 2021 at the latest.

On August 11, 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 24/2022/UBTVQH15 on continuing to pay support to employees according to Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24/ 2021 of the National Assembly Standing Committee. Accordingly, employees who are eligible under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021 who have submitted their dossiers on time will continue to receive support payments. The time for payment of support to employees will be completed by September 10, 2022 at the latest.

Thus, in the case that Ms. Hoang Thi Bang, who is the beneficiary under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, has submitted the application on time, she will continue to receive support payments.
