The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee held a ceremony on January 15 to begin construction on key infrastructure and transport projects, including Metro Line No. 2 (Ben Thanh–Tham Luong), the Rach Chiec National Sports Complex, Phu My 2 Bridge, and Can Gio Bridge, in celebration of the 14th National Party Congress.
