Vietnam’s economy is at a pivotal turning point. Changes in global value chains, combined with the rapid growth of digital and green economies, bring both opportunities and challenges. Forecasts indicate that by 2025, the country’s GDP will reach US$500 billion, 64 times higher than in 1986, with per capita income rising above US$5,000.
