As many as 263,182 businesses registered to use e-invoices after one month of piloting e-invoices in six provinces and cities, accounting to 71 per cent of the total enterprises and organisations in the localities, according to the General Department of Taxation (GDT).

According to the General Department of Taxation, the total state revenue in 11 months of 2021 is estimated at VND1,175,000 billion, equaling 105.3% of current appropriation. Although the year has not yet ended, the tax sector has already exceeded the estimate. It is worth mentioning that the tax sector estimates to collect VND1,294 trillion in the whole of 2021. In which, revenue from domestic taxes and fees is estimated at VND986.1 trillion, equaling 111.8% of the current appropriation.
