
Order 248 on the "Regulations on management of registration of foreign food production enterprises" and Order 249 on "Measures to manage import and export food safety" will take effect from 1 January 2022. In order to avoid interruption of exports to this market, food processing and exporting enterprises as well as enterprises producing and exporting agricultural and aquatic products in Vietnam should pay attention to fully comply with the new regulations.
