The General Department of Customs (GDC) recently held a dialogue conference with the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (JCCI). This was a regular dialogue conference to improve customs regulations. At the same time, professional agencies and local customs authorities had the opportunity to exchange and answer questions from Japanese enterprises in Vietnam.

The Ministry of Finance recently completed a draft circular on the implementation of the State budget 2023. Accordingly, the draft proposes that the State budget receives 100% of the revenue from e-commerce business, digital business, cross-border services and other services provided by foreign suppliers who register, declare and pay the tax directly at the website of the General Department of Taxation.
