Global minimum tax attracts special attention from society because it is related to attracting foreign investment capital of a country. According to Mr. Luu Duc Huy, Director of Policy Department, the General Department of Taxation will continue to advise the Ministry of Finance to build the legal document system of the National Assembly and the Government on the application of a global minimum tax in line with OECD guidelines.
