The Winner Medical Vietnam factory is being developed on an area of over 9.2 hectares in Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park. The factory will include a research facility, an exhibition building, and specialized workshops designed for medical-grade production.
The project was the result of investment promotion activities carried out by Quang Ninh authorities in China late last year.
During a December 2025 working trip to Shanghai, Suzhou, and Guangxi, the province organized investment promotion events that led to a land lease agreement between Nature Health Development and the industrial park developer. Less than one month later, the project officially received its investment registration certificate.
Planned annual output includes 5.6 million medical bandages, 1.99 million units of high-end wound-care products, and 6.49 million surgical medical supplies. The project will operate for 38 years and is expected to be fully operational by December 2027.
In the first four months of 2026, Quang Ninh, which borders China, lured $222.25 million in registered FDI capital, including $125.33 million in newly-registered capital and $96.72 million in additional capital for operational projects, according to provincial authorities.
The province is now home to 237 valid FDI projects totaling nearly $16 billion from 20 countries/territories.
