The two sides will coordinate to organise events related to the industrial real estate segment and form a specialised, professional, and transparent information channel.

VIR is a multi-platform press agency with key publications of Vietnam Investment Review and its Vietnamese sisters of Dau Tu Chung Khoan and Dau Tu, as well as electronic and online media platforms.

VIR is also the organiser of international and Vietnamese events such as the M&A Forum, Industrial Property Forum, Financial Consulting Forum, the Listed Companies awards, and many others.

The Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association under the Vietnam Real Estate Association was established in January 2024 with more than 300 members who are investors, secondary investors in industrial parks (IPs) and service providers in the system of IPs, export processing zones, and industrial clusters.

The association's mission is to be a bridge between the government and businesses, updating and providing information on policy and legal mechanisms related to the operations of export processing zones, IPs, and industrial clusters to its member businesses.

It also synthesises and reflects the problems of businesses on policies, management mechanisms, and operations of such parks and zones to competent state management agencies, creating links of sustainability between enterprises with central and local management agencies.
