Many visitors have come to the 10th Thailand Smart Money to check out booths from leading financial institutions and insurance firms as well as asset management and credit card companies. 

The event features a variety of financial products and services, such as high-yield savings accounts, low-interest loans, promotions for credit cards, financial planning for property investment, consulting services for large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and exporters, insurance products, long-term equity funds (LTFs) and retirement mutual funds (RMFs) for tax saving and services provided by the credit bureau.

Other highlights include a personal debt management clinic and seminars on stock and gold investments. The event is on until this Sunday (Dec 15) at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.

The Finance Minister, Uttama Savanayana, said giving investors and the general public access to capital and other financial products is one of the mechanisms to drive the economy. The government is enhancing its digital financial system to serve public needs and support intensifying business competition.
