Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions to appoint two Deputy Ministers of Finance.

Decision 1258/QD-TTg saying that the Prime Minister appointed Director of the State Budget Department (Ministry of Finance) Vo Thanh Hung as Deputy Minister of Finance.

Mr. Vo Thanh Hung was born in 1973, in Nghe An province. He held positions as Deputy Director of the Department of State Budget, Director of the Department of Public Expenditure, and Director of the Department of State Budget (Ministry of Finance).

In Decision 1259/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed General Director of the State Treasury (Ministry of Finance) Nguyen Duc Chi as Deputy Minister of Finance.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi was born in 1970, in Hanoi. He held positions as Chief of Ministerial Office, Deputy Director of Department of Banking and Financial Institutions (Ministry of Finance), Chairman of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), and General Director of the State Treasury.
