Innovation Technology JSC (InnoTech), a securities trading platform provider, has closed a large investment round with foreign fund Probus Opportunities (Probus). 

This investment will help InnoTech develop new products and expand its business to overseas markets.

Established in 2007, InnoTech is a leading Vietnamese technology company specializing in high performance trading systems for the finance industry. InnoTech currently provides order management system and digital transformation to the largest market share of securities brokerage firms that represent an aggregate of more than 50 percent trading volume on the Vietnam stock market.

In the next phase, InnoTech aims to become the leading trading platform and data service provider in Southeast Asia, bringing the international investment community to the Vietnam financial market

InnoTech is developing a data platform that will cover a range of asset classes, including public and private equities, fixed income, real estate, commodities, and derivatives. The platform will provide both standardized financial numbers and alternative data like curated trading signals, financial media coverage, proprietary research, sentiment analysis, and other analytic tools that support the investment community to make informed decisions.

Pham Huy Vu (Mark Pham), founder of InnoTech, who has spent 14 years contributing to the development of the system, shared: "The new funding from Probus will strengthen the firm’s capability to attract talents to the management and development team to accomplish its goals. Our mission is to provide an advanced infrastructure for the securities market in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The in-depth experience and expertise of Probus will help us maximize product market fit."

Huynh Minh Viet, a leading investment expert who graduated from Harvard and Stanford universities, has joined InnoTech's Board of Advisors. The company now has a roadmap to employ 100 engineers in two offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the next year.
