The Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2026 is scheduled to open on the evening of March 13 at the main stage of Thong Nhat Park. Under the theme “Ha Noi — Green Tourism, Digital Experiences,” the event will feature nearly 100 booths designed as a journey of discovery, showcasing the capital’s distinctive destinations and rich travel experiences.
Organised by the Ha Noi Department of Tourism, the festival aims to implement Programme No. 02/CTr-UBND issued on January 9, 2026 by the Municipal People’s Committee on promoting investment, trade, and tourism in 2026.
The event will also include destination survey activities, such as a visit to Bat Trang pottery village, along with seminars and discussions on developing rural craft village tourism at the Viet Nam Craft Village Essence Centre.
It will feature a variety of cultural performances, including Te Tieu land puppetry, the Mo Xuan Lai–Da Phuc tug-of-war, excerpts from the stage production The Quintessence of Tonkin, Suoi Hai gong performances, and Bac Ninh’s Quan ho folk singing.
Visitors will also be able to take part in experiential programmes such as “Tea Talks on the Veranda,” where they can enjoy tea while listening to stories about the culture and history associated with Ha Noi’s tourist destinations.
In addition, the festival will promote tourism products, transport services, airlines, and both domestic and international tour packages, alongside thousands of promotional offers to stimulate travel demand.
With a diverse programme of activities, the Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2026 is expected to attract a large number of residents and both domestic and international visitors. The event will help promote Ha Noi as a destination that is Safe — Friendly — High-quality — Attractive, while also supporting sustainable tourism development and a green economy.
